Michaella Rogers is the Project Manager of the Prize Design department at XPRIZE, where she manages work across multiple prize design teams and projects, ensuring prize designs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet XPRIZE’s rigorous standards. She collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance communications, driving the successful launch of high-impact competitions.

Previously, Michaella served as the Program Manager for XPRIZE Feed the Next Billion, a four-year global competition accelerating innovation in the alternative protein industry. She led program execution, overseeing competition operations and stakeholder engagement to advance the development of sustainable, scalable alternatives to conventional chicken and fish.

Before joining XPRIZE, Michaella managed large-scale projects in the legal field, as well as supply chain and logistics operations. She also has experience in financial and programmatic oversight in higher education and contributed to microfinance international development initiatives with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

Michaella holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Washington and a BA in International Relations with a Minor in Italian from the University of Colorado. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
