Alelo uses artificial intelligence and avatar technologies to help people quickly learn new skills. Learners practice new skills in interactions which avatars, which can play roles as customers, co-workers, or managers. Alelo’s Enskill platform gives learners a safe environment to practice, without fear of embarrassment when they make mistakes. In the XPRIZE competition Alelo used Enskill to quickly train disadvantaged workers for jobs in healthcare.
