The Work-Based Learning Alliance is a non-profit whose mission is to provide all high schoolers across the United States with access to industry connected learning experiences that develop the real world skills needed to succeed beyond the classroom. We are focused on addressing the needs of historically marginalized & underrepresented student populations by supporting students at scale to discover their passions, develop their skills, and better understand the career options available to them.
