Project Hajar will be a groundbreaking DAC + Mineralisation project in Oman's Hajar mountains. 44.01, a pioneering mineralisation company, will take CO2 captured directly from the atmosphere and inject it into peridotite formations deep underground, where it will turn into rock in less than twelve months. This will be the world's first commercial-scale demonstration of peridotite mineralisation, unlocking the potential to mineralize billions of tonnes of CO2 around the world.
