Umiami is a French food tech founded in 2020 with the mission to reduce worldwide meat consumption and its impact on health, animals, and the environment. We are pioneers in the development of a patent-pending process for texturizing plant proteins called "umisation". Our umisation technology can recreate meat and fish fillet experience without compromising on taste and texture. We are opening our 1st large-scale production plant in France with a production capacity of 7,500 tonnes per year.
